A Considered Process
From Consultation to Ready to Build Design

Every Premium project begins with a conversation not a quote. We take time to understand your site, your home, and how you want to live in the space before a single line is drawn.
  • 1
    Onsite or Virtual Consultation
We spend time on site with you before anything is drawn. Levels, drainage, aspect, how the space connects to your home — and how you actually want to live in it. This is where the brief is shaped, not assumed.
  • 2
    Design & Refine
The first concept is a considered response to your site and your brief — layout, zones, materials, and architectural elements resolved together. Through structured rounds of feedback we refine until every decision feels right. Your input shapes the outcome at every stage.
  • 3
    Final Documentation
Everything needed to move to construction with confidence — 3D renders, 2D plans, planting schedules, materials specification, irrigation and lighting design. Whether you build with our team or your own contractor, nothing is left to interpretation.

    Everything Resolved Before Construction Begins.

The Premium package produces a complete landscape blueprint — architectural, technical, and visual — so nothing is left to interpretation on site.

    Technical Documentation

    • Existing conditions report — levels, drainage, soil, and site constraints analysed before design begins
    • 2D set-out plans — accurate, scaled drawings for every feature, referenced for precise on-site execution
    • Detailed planting plan — species selected for regional Victorian conditions, long-term performance, and seasonal interest
    • Materials and finishes specification — every surface, edge, and built element specified for durability and aesthetic
    • Irrigation and lighting design — integrated systems that support plant health and extend the garden into evening

    Visualisation

    • Photorealistic 3D renders — multiple viewpoints showing materials, levels, and spatial relationships exactly as they will feel
    • Design refinement rounds — structured feedback until the design is finalised to your complete satisfaction
